Competitive Pricing Specialist (CPS)
Professional Designation

The Licensee is granted the title of Competitive Pricing Specialist (CPS), authorized by the Competitive Pricing Council of XpertCMA, and issued by the current Chairman, upon completion of the requirements set forth by the Council.

Licensee Agreement and Acknowledgements:

1. I have read the book, "How the Real Estate Market Really Works - Price/Value," aka "Pricing real Estate Competitively in Any Market," and understand the competitive pricing concept.

2. I possess a License for, and expertise to use, the current XpertCMA software, which is required to determine the "Competitive Market Value" of a property as outlined in the book, to the best of my ability.

3. I agree to keep my license current or immediately cease to advertise the designation in any way, if it becomes delinquent for misuse, as decided by the Council, or non-payment of the annual renewal fee beyond 30 days of the renewal date.

The Competitive Pricing Council agrees to issue a Certificate and Logo to the Licensee, offer Professional Support, and to promote and uphold the standards set by the Council.
