This is the XpertCMA Grand Walking Tour

Select each menu item on the left side for an explanation and/or to visualize the XpertCMA System 7 software screen with annotations.
 

Downloading and Installing is how the program is delivered.

Getting Started is the opening screen and main menu.

System Set Up menu is where your personal settings are controlled.

CMA menu opens a sub menu that provides options to customize the CMA screen to fit the properties. Two sample CMAs are shown in this section.

Help Button links to the XpertCMA web manual.

MLS Control is where the MLS Data import is configured.

Sample Listing Presentation links to a separate page where you can view a sample pricing presentation using the Competitive Pricing Approach and XpertCMA Products.
