Set up your logo, company and agent info. Choose color
scheme, MLS Import type.

Choose CMA from Main Menu, Choose a CMA Type.

Enter Subject property Data.

Import MLS Data Option (Data can be entered manually, if desired)

Analyze, accept, change, add data until satisfied the results express your opinion.
You control the details. Everything can be customized to your property and market conditions.

 

Preview Client Report and Cover Sheet (customizable)

You now have the "Competitive Asking Price." Any higher price would be "over priced" - Any lower price would be "under priced" - versus "Today's Competition."
