XpertCMA originated in 1999 with the 4.1 version for all property types, as a
manual data entry only program.
In 2003, XpertCMA System 5 for Residential Sellers only was announced with
MLS Data import capabilities.
In 2005, XpertCMA System 5 was announced that combined version 4.1 and 5.0
into one program with all property types and MLS data import capabilities.
In February 2007, XpertCMA System 6 was upgraded to bring some of the
internal analog tables up to date and add the new book information.
