I
have been right on every deal this past year. For the record, we listed a house
in 10-07 for $380k. It had been on the market for over 2 years. Marketing was
all wrong, they had lowered the price from $410k to $360K in the second year.
Jo and I changed the marketing target and raised the price back to $380k and
sold it in less than 60 days ... Proper pricing and marketing still sells Real
Estate in any market.
