I
have been right on every deal this past year. For the record, we listed a house
in 10-07 for $380k. It had been on the market for over 2 years. Marketing was
all wrong, they had lowered the price from $410k to $360K in the second year.
Jo and I changed the marketing target and raised the price back to $380k and
sold it in less than 60 days ... Proper pricing and marketing still sells Real
Estate in any market.

"Because I am a licensed real estate appraiser, I could have done an appraisal
on my client's house, but in this case I believed a C.M.A. using XpertCMA
software would be much better for him and his needs, and it was!
I used both XpertCMA and GoToMeeting to explain today’s market to my client, and
then sent a follow up email to show my results. My client felt like he
completely understood our market because of our software approach. We sent a
follow up email to his attorney also.
